The Fontana Group began over a century ago in South Philadelphia, rooted in family, resilience, and community. My grandfather, Edward A. Renzi, the son of Italian immigrants, saw firsthand how difficult it was for families to navigate taxes and financial systems in a new country.
In 1960, he opened a small accounting practice near his childhood home with a simple mission: to help people understand their obligations with fairness and compassion. His dedication quickly earned the trust of the community.
After his unexpected passing in 1969, my grandmother Marie and my mother Diana carried his vision forward. Diana became the heart of the firm, expanding its reach and continuing to support families and small businesses with care and integrity. In 1990, the business moved to Broad Street, growing alongside the community it served.
My father, Bruno, also played a vital role, embodying kindness, generosity, and a deep commitment to helping others—values that continue to define who we are today.
Now based in King of Prussia, The Fontana Group remains grounded in those same principles. We provide tax, accounting, and advisory services, but our true focus is building relationships and guiding people through life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
Today, I’m proud to lead the firm alongside my mother, continuing a legacy built on trust, compassion, and service.

Domenic combines rigorous academic and professional credentials with a
deep-seated dedication to client success, ensuring every partnership is built
